Hire Terms: What You Need to Know

When hiring our sound or lighting equipment without a DJ or staff member present, you will need to sign our Equipment Hire Agreement.

This agreement protects both parties and ensures that the equipment is used safely and responsibly.

Summary of the Hire Agreement:

  • You must be 18 years or older to hire

  • You will enter into a legal contract and remain personally responsible for the hired equipment

  • A security deposit is required and is fully refundable upon safe return and inspection of the equipment

  • Equipment must only be used for its intended purpose, and we will provide a demonstration or clear instructions

  • We will supply you with a full copy of the Hire Agreement before confirming your booking
