These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by AW Entertainments. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to these terms.
1. Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once:
- We receive a completed booking form
- Any required deposit has been paid
2. Payment
To secure your booking:
- Deposit: Typically 20–50% may be required
- Balance: Payable before or on the day of the event
- Payment methods: Bank transfer, cash, or online (as agreed)
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing (email acceptable)
- Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed
- Cancellations within 14 days of the event may incur additional charges
4. Roles & Responsibilities
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate event details and venue access
- Ensure a safe and suitable environment for equipment and performance
- Obtain any necessary permissions (e.g., noise limits, licenses)
AW Entertainments Responsibilities
- Arrive on time and provide agreed services professionally
- Use high-quality, PAT-tested equipment
- Hold relevant public liability insurance
5. Equipment Hire
Where equipment is hired without an operator:
- The client is responsible for loss or damage during the hire period
- A security deposit may be required
- Instructions will be provided for safe use
6. Liability
We are not liable for:
- Event cancellations beyond our control (e.g., weather, venue issues)
- Minor delays due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances
- Indirect losses or business interruption
7. Intellectual Property
All branding, website content, and media belong to AW Entertainments unless otherwise credited. You may not copy or reuse content without permission.
8. Privacy & Data
All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate UK courts.
